Condition Example
These two
images show the exterior of a building at night on a cold
day. The upper one shows that the exterior wall is
warmer at the foundation, over the cool basement rather than
over the heated living space! This building is actually
losing more heat from the cool basement than from the living
space. Where would you spend your
money for insulation? Where would you have spent it
without data?
The lower
image shows a hot spot over a wall mounted radiator (under the
center window, mid-image). Some
one is paying good money to heat the great outdoors!
